Comparing your lifestyle with the lifestyle of a person you admire



I was born in a family with an eldest sister and two elder brothers. Everyone says that I look like my sister, but I feel we are not similar. Especially, our lifestyles are very strange.
My sister is a headmaster in a high school. She is an active and intelligent girl. She likes reading science books and watching educational game shows such as: the road to Mount Olympia, 1 visit 100, who is the millionaire…. I used to watch these game shows with my sister .We were really excited about them. My sister often gives true answers and very quickly. At that time, I really admired her a lot because I couldn’t answer as well as her. My sister always criticized me. She advised me to read a lot of books to open my mind, but I ignored her advice. I don’t like to read books. I like listening to music and surfing the Internet. I spend a lot of time finding out information that is relevant to traveling and entertainment all over the world. My sister is a hard –working person, she always identifies her goals and tries her best to attain them. That is the reason why she always gets promotion in her life. On the contrast, I never identify any ambition in my life. I only want to do what I like. I like to live a peaceful life. I am a normal and suspicious person. Everyone can’t remember me at the first sight because I always keep silent with them. I don’t want to talk so much, but my sister is very different to me. She is an easy-going person. She can make first impression strongly with everyone because she always appears in beautiful appearance and charming smile .Her smile is so attracted and makes everyone around her have to pay attention.
Maybe, the lifestyle of mime and my sister are two different worlds, but there is a similar thing is the love we give each other. My sister is a big mirror for me to study. I always learn many useful lessons from her. I love her so much and she always stands by my side to help me whenever I need a help.

The Advantages of the Internet

The Internet is indeed a wonderful and amazing addition in our lives because it has many advantages. The Internet has become an important part of people’s life as a source of information and entertainment and great tool for learning, communication. So, many people enjoy spending their time to surf the Internet every day.
The first advantage of the Internet is Email. Email is an abbreviation of electronic mail. Email is an essential communication tools in business. It is also excellent for keeping in touch with our family and friends. It is free when compared to telephone, fax and postal services. Secondly, the Internet provides the positive information such as: education, technology, social and environment change, news. You can surf the Internet to know the newest information of what is happening around the world and it helps you to be up- to –date. Especially, it is very useful to studying. For example, my English teacher gives me a difficult exercise. It is relevant to the American culture that you never known before. What would you do if you were me? This problem will be solved easily if we surf on the Internet to find out the information for that exercise. Furthermore, the Internet is a great way to sell and buy products. We can buy many products what we like without going shopping in any supermarket. We only press Enter in the keyboard to choose the product we want to buy and in several day later, that product will come to our house. It is really convenient and remarkable.
In the scientific technology era, the Internet is really necessary. We couldn’t deny the advantages from the Internet. We can do everything all over the world with the fingertip. It is the most important factor to make the civilization of mankind.

A Beatiful Beach

Vung Tau province has many beautiful beaches where attracts many visitors come to Vietnam every year. I still remember my summer vacation into Vung Tau's beach when I was eleventh grade. It was really a wonderful place for everyone to visit. One day on the beach is similar to staying paradise.
Looking the dawn on the beach was so cool. I breathed in the fresh air and I felt very
tranquil. The sun was rising in the horizon looked like a big red egg. In the horizon, spots of white here and there marked the position of fishing boats gliding along with the gentle breeze. In the afternoon, the Sun shone brightly on the beach, promising a beautiful day. I stood up in a charm fishing village and looked out over the ocean. The ocean looked like a huge blue carpet under the warm sun. The sky was so blue and high. There were a few clouds far in the east. There were several people lying under large beach umbrella near the water's edge, reading magazine. Under the bright sunshine, the children with their parents were swimming. Their happy voices echoed over the water as they shouted to one another. Under a big palm tree, a sandcastle that was built by a little boy was destroying by clapping waves. Some girls looked very attractive in their swimsuits with many colors of red, brown, white, were playing basketball. Everyone and everything on the beach pulled together as a vivid picture.
In that picture, I could feel the peaceful of a countryside and comeback to myself. That is the most wonderful beach I ever been to. It is really my paradise

The most Important Person in My Life

It is said that:" Mother is the greatest present God gives you in your life". When I was a child, I never thought that right. I thought my mother is strict. I still remember the first time she taugh me the way to drive a bicycle. I told her not to let me drive alone. But, she didn't do that. Then I fell. It really hurt me. I was so angry, and I cried a lot. M y mother even felt ambarrased. She just smiled, and she said, "Stand up! Don't cry any more!". At that time, I hated her a lot. But now I realize that is the first lesson my mother taugh me in my life. It is mon who always gives me many wonderful advices, and taugh me a lot about life. She has been a part of my life since I was born.
My father had died before I was born. that is the most painful thing in my life. That is the reason why I often fell sad, and not confident. When I fell sad, I often have far- sighted into the blue sky. At that time, my mother often asked me the reason why I fell sad. Then, she told me many funny stories to make me laugh. She did not only tell me the funny stories, she also told me many stories about people who could overcome difficulties in their life to attain their goals. I think all of them are very necessary for me to overcome problems in the future. She always bought for me many presents, and new clothes when getting salary. I really liked them. I always kept them for myself. But It does mean that she always accept to me about all of things I want. She only accept that she think is good for me.
She is not only a good mother, she is also my best friend. She often confide everything together. She can understand what I need without saying it. When I encounter the problems in studying, she stands by my side to encourage me. She teach me the way to live without depending on the other. It means that I have to stand up by mysefl after falling. It is also the first lesson she teach me. The lesson to drive a bicycle.
